In the past few days, many leaks and rumors about the all-new iQOO Z7 series were revealed. Even the expected models also got listed on various certification sites showing major specifications. However, until now, there was no confirmation from the official side regarding the existence of this series.

Finally, this morning, iQOO officially announced that the all-new iQOO Z7 series would be launched on March 20 at 7 PM (as per Chinese Timing). Before discussing it further, it is worth mentioning that this series would consist of two models: iQOO Z7 and iQOO Z7x.

The official poster also mentions that the iQOO Z7 standard version will support 120W charging (with a 5000mAh dual-cell battery), which was also previously revealed through 3C Certification. In addition, the other model (iQOO Z7x) will support 80W fast charging in addition to a 6000mAh battery, as reported.

The backside design of the iQOO Z7 can also be observed in the launch poster. As can be seen, it features a Dual Camera setup (with OIS support) in a rectangle-shaped camera module. The iQOO logo is mentioned at the bottom, and there are two color schemes: Orange and Blue-Pink Gradient Color.

As revealed through Geekbench, the standard iQOO Z7 will be powered by the Snapdragon 782G chipset. The chipset is based on a 6nm manufacturing process and features the following cores: 4x Cortex-A78 P-cores (1x clocked @2.7GHz, 3x clocked @2.2GHz) and 4x Cortex-A55 E-cores (clocked @1.9GHz).

The other model (iQOO Z7x) is reported to be powered by Snapdragon 695 chipset. The chipset is a mid-range category SoC, based on a 6nm manufacturing process and features the following cores: 2x Cortex-A78 P-Cores (clocked @2.2GHz) and 6x Cortex-A55 E-cores (clocked @1.7GHz).

In the coming days, iQOO is expected to reveal more highlights of its upcoming iQOO Z7 series.
