Warranty, Return & Refund


All products sold on seekdevice.com have a one year warranty (365 days) period.

The warranty period begins from the original date of invoice. A replacement item does not restart or extend the warranty period in any way.

The warranty does not extend to the laptops used with our products; we are not responsible for improper use of our products.

If products are deemed tampered with in any way your warranty will become void, and you will be held responsible for the costs of repair and shipping.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, when warranty sticker has been tampered with, or failure to comply with the original manufacturer’s conditions of intended use.

The warranty does not cover physically damaged and cracked product and the claim is submitted past five days after receiving the part.


If when you receive your product, you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 30 days for a refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. The precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g., PayPal, credit card company, etc.). Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals and documents provided by the manufacturer.

You must first contact us and be in receipt of a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.

If products are altered or modified in any way, then the warranty and money back guarantee become void immediately.

The money back guarantee does not cover volume/wholesale and customized orders.

We strongly recommend that you use a standard postal service to return the item to avoid customs fees. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping back to SeekDevice is paid for by the customer. We are in general unable to refund you postal fees.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost is no refund.

Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s own expense.


Return includes the following situations:

Damaged Parts Received

When you receive the package, if the package is damaged, please do not open the package and contact us within 24 hours
Make a full unboxing video after getting our authorization to open the package.

We do not accept returns or refunds without authorization to open the package and make an unboxing video.

Dead on Arrival or defective item

Customers must contact us by mail within 3 days of receiving the item and provide the following:

The issue with the product
Front and back photo of the packaging
Front and back photo of the product

If you fail to contact us within 3 days, you can lose your RMA eligibility
Once the materials you provide are verified by us, please return the product to us, we will send you a replacement product for free or issue a refund to you.

Item no longer needed, or ordered wrong items

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods and explain the reason, we will send an RMA to you. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and a 25% (for refund request) restocking fee will be charged after we have received and tested the product.
Note: Orders for wrong items that fail to contact us within 3 days of receipt will be rejected.

Wrong parts received

If you have received the wrong item, please take a clear photo of the wrong item and send it to us within 7 days.

According to the customer’s request, we will send you a correct item for free, or issue a refund to you
