We offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping (USPS, Airmail, Special Line) and Expedited Shipping (DHL)

Shipping time
Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected by the user. For standard shipping, it usually takes about 5-12 days (depending on the user’s country; some remote countries may take up to 30 days). Express shipping usually takes about 4-10 business days to reach the destination. However, shipping times may be significantly affected by extreme weather, postal delays, customs clearance, and other issues. In such cases, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

Warranty

All products sold on seekdevice.com come with a one-year warranty (365 days).

The warranty period starts from the date of the original invoice. A replacement item does not restart or extend the warranty period in any way.

The warranty does not apply to laptops used with our products; we are not responsible for the improper use of our products.

If the product is found to be tampered with in any way, your warranty will be voided, and you will be responsible for the costs of repair and shipping.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, failures when the warranty sticker has been tampered with, or failures resulting from not following the intended usage conditions specified by the original manufacturer.

Refound Policy

If you are not completely satisfied when you receive the product, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund. Once the item arrives, the return processing takes approximately 5 business days. The exact time depends on the payment provider used (e.g., PayPal, credit card company, etc.). The item must remain in its original packaging, with all original boxes intact, and include all accessories, manuals, and documents provided by the manufacturer.

Before returning any item, you must first contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns without an RMA number will not be refunded.

If the product is altered or modified in any way, the warranty and refund guarantee will be immediately void.

The refund guarantee does not apply to bulk/wholesale and custom orders.

We strongly recommend that you return items via standard postal services to avoid customs fees. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Return shipping to SeekDevice is paid by the customer. We usually cannot refund the shipping cost.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Within the specified time period, any returned product without defects can be refunded. If the product is found to have been tampered with by the customer, it will not be replaced, and the customer will bear the cost of the return.

Return Policy

Return includes the following situations:

Damaged Parts:
When you receive the package, if the package is damaged, please record a complete unboxing video. If you cannot provide a complete unboxing video, we will not accept returns or refunds.

Defective Parts:
Customers must contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

Issues with the product
Photos of both sides of the packaging
Photos of both sides of the product

If you fail to contact us within 3 days, you may lose your RMA eligibility. Once we have verified the materials you provide, please return the product to us, and we will replace the product for you free of charge or issue a refund.

Ordered the wrong part:
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods and state the reason. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and after we receive and test the product, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for the refund request.

Received the wrong part:
If you receive the wrong item, please take a clear photo of it and send it to us within 7 days.

According to the customer’s request, we will either send you the correct item free of charge or issue a refund.
