For a long time, reports have stated that iQOO is developing its first tablet. Even its official poster has been leaked, revealing the device’s appearance.
This afternoon, iQOO announced that the iQOO Pad will launch on May 23 at 7 PM (China time) during the launch event for the iQOO Neo8 series. The company also released a teaser video, which showcases its appearance and chipset.

At first glance, it seems the iQOO Pad is the same as the Vivo Pad2. However, the only difference is the chipset. The QOO Pad is powered by the Dimensity 9000+ chipset, rather than the Dimensity 9000 used in the Vivo Pad2.
This chipset is the overclocked version of the Dimensity 9000, with the same core architecture but a higher main frequency. The chipset is manufactured using a 4nm process and has the following cores: one Cortex-X2 ultra core clocked at 3.2 GHz, 3 Cortex-A710 performance cores clocked at 2.85 GHz, and four Cortex-A510 efficiency cores.
The tablet will feature a 12.1-inch LCD display with 2.8K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will feature a rear dual-camera setup (13MP, 2MP) in a circular camera module. The front will have a single 8MP lens.
According to 3C certification, the iQOO Pad will have a 10,000 mAh battery and support 44W wired fast charging. In addition, the tablet will offer the following storage options: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, and it will come in a unique Interstellar Gray color.
The iQOO Pad will be launched together with the iQOO Neo8 series. In the coming days, iQOO is expected to start revealing its main highlights.
