We all know that OnePlus is set to extend its OnePlus Ace 2 lineup by launching another variant powered by Dimensity 9000 chipset. The officials also confirm even this thing. However, the exact launch time and specifications are still not guaranteed yet.
This morning, the famous blogger @DigitalChatStation revealed the backside image of the OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition through which the entire smartphone’s aesthetics can be observed.
As can be seen, the new OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition features the Silk Glass Back Panel on the back side, providing a starry and matte look simultaneously. The camera module consists of two rings; the first features the primary lens (64MP), and the second features two more lenses (8MP+2MP).
Overall, this edition of the OnePlus Ace 2 adopts a flat frame design and features three-stage buttons. As previously revealed by the blogger @DigitalChatStation, the front side also consists of a single-centered punch-hole flat display with very narrow bezels.
The OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition display is a 6.74 inches OLED Display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The punch-hole is expected to consist of a 16MP selfie lens.
From the naming of the device, it is known that the Dimensity 9000 chipset would power it. The chipset is based on a 4nm TSMC manufacturing process and consists of 1x Cortex-X2 Super Core (@3.05GHz), 3x Cortex-A710 Performance Cores (2.85GHz), and 4x Cortex-A510 Energy-Efficient Cores.
It is also worth mentioning that this model has already been spotted on various certification sites, revealing that it would support 80W fast charging.
Currently, the new OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition is expected to launch next month (March 2023) in the domestic market (China). However, through some sources, it is also reported that OnePlus might launch this model as OnePlus Nord 3 in the international market.
