Following the launch of the Realme GT Neo5, which features 240W charging and innovative LED lighting effects, the company recently announced that it will launch the Realme GT Neo5 SE on April 3. As the release date approaches, Realme is gradually revealing more information about the phone.
Today, the company shared a new teaser on its Weibo account, revealing that the Realme GT Neo5 SE will have a 5500mAh battery and support 100W fast charging.
In addition, Xu Qi, Vice President of the realme brand and Global President of Marketing, stated that the new device’s 100W fast charging has completed 1,600 full charge and discharge cycles, has 38 layers of safety protection, and adopts the PS3 fire protection design.
Expected Specs and Design
According to the previous teaser shared by the company, the upcoming GT Neo5 SE will feature a punch-hole display with ultra-narrow bezels at the top and sides of the screen, and the volume buttons located on the left side of the body. The teaser images also reveal its curved back cover and frame.
The phone’s display will feature a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. In addition, the device will support an ultra-fast touch sampling rate of up to 1500Hz and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
In addition to the above details, this Realme smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC, which was recently introduced and has a maximum clock speed of 2.91 GHz.
This phone will feature a triple rear camera setup, with the main camera confirmed to be a 64MP sensor. In addition, the camera module is expected to include an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro sensor.
As the launch event approaches, the company is expected to reveal more details. Rumors have already leaked some of the key specifications of the phone.
