It was reported that Vivo plans to extend its Vivo X90 lineup by launching a new model: Vivo X90S. The upcoming flagship model from Vivo is already listed on many certification sites, denoting that the actual launch isn’t far. Today, we got a look at another significant leak.

This morning, the famous blogger @DigitalChatStation (on Weibo) revealed the specifications of the Vivo X90S. According to the blogger, the new Vivo X90S will be powered by the Dimensity 9200+ chipset. The chipset is expected to be based on TSMC 4nm manufacturing process and will have a 3.35GHz peak frequency at Cortex-X3 Super Core.

The blogger also revealed that the Vivo X90S would be equipped with 6.78 inches Single Punch-Hole Q9 AMOLED Display that supports 1.5K resolution and a 2160Hz touch sampling rate. The display supplier would be BOE. The device will also support the all-new Wi-Fi 7.

In addition, the primary sensor in Vivo X90S would be Sony’s 50MP IMX866V, which Vivo specially customizes for capturing better quality images. Moreover, the device is also equipped with a Vivo V2 ISP chip. The blogger also mentioned that this device would support a max 120W charging.

In the end, the blogger also said regarding the Vivo X100 series that one of the models in this lineup will be powered by Dimensity 9300 chipset. The series is expected to be released in November 2023.

It is expected that Vivo will reveal its Vivo X90S after the launch of the Dimensity 9200+ chipset that would be happened on May 10.
