This morning, the famous Chinese blogger @DigitalChatStation has revealed a live image of the vivo branded chipsets. All these chipsets are named “V1” (as mentioned on them) and placed in trays.

Furthermore, the chips are a bit rectangle-shaped and packaged in BGA. It can also be seen that there are no other words except V1, on the top of the chipset.

According to the blogger, these chips will be used on the upcoming flagship models of vivo. He also mentioned that the chip is entirely vivo’s self-developed chip. Most probably, this chip would be an ISP (Image Signal Processor) chip.

As the blogger mentioned that these chips would be used on the upcoming flagship models, we can conclude that this V1 chip will also be used on vivo’s upcoming X70 flagship series.

It is already known that the vivo X70 series would feature a Single Punch-Hole (6.5 Inches and 120Hz) AMOLED Display in addition to Dimensity 1200 chipset. Moreover, this flagship series is also expected to adopt a micro-panel camera solution (with Vivo V1 ISP Chip maybe).

According to previously leaked renders of vivo X70 Pro, the device will feature a rear quad camera setup. The primary lens is expected to use a 1/1.28-inch outsole sensor. Moreover, the complete information regarding the V1 chip is expected to be announced in the upcoming press conferences.
