It is reported that Dell has upgraded the Inspiron 5000 series laptops to 11th-generation Intel processors. Today, the new model in this series, the Inspiron 14 5409, appeared on JD.com, a well-known e-commerce website in China.

The Dell Inspiron 14-5409 is powered by the latest 11th-generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor. It features a quad-core design (up to 4.20 GHz), supports eight threads (built on a 10nm process), comes with 8MB of cache, and has integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics.

This laptop also features a 14-inch IPS display with full HD resolution (1920 x 1080) and a narrow bezel. It has a brightness of 300 nits, covers 72% of the NTSC color gamut, and includes a built-in lid sensor chip. The body is made of metal, weighs about 1.43 kg, and is 17.9 mm thick.

This laptop comes with 16GB of memory (DDR4-3200) and 512GB of SSD storage. It supports up to 32GB of memory expansion, and the SSD capacity can be upgraded to 1TB. An optional dedicated NVIDIA MX350 graphics card is also available, but it is not included by default.

This laptop has two USB 3.2 (Gen 1) Type-A ports, one Type-C port, one MicroSD card slot, and one HDMI port. It has a built-in 4-cell lithium-ion battery and supports 65W fast charging.
