It is reported that Dell has updated its Inspiron 5000 laptop series to 11th Generation Intel’s Processor. Recently, a new model Inspiron 14-5409 (from 5000 series) has been spotted on the famous Chinese E-Commerce site “jd.com.”

The new Inspiron 14-5409 is powered by the latest 11th Gen Core i5 chipset. The chipset has a model name: i5-1135G7, four cores (Max Frequency: 4.20 GHz), and eight threads (based on 10nm production). The chipset has 8MB of the cache. It comes with Intel’s Iris Xe Graphics.

The laptop also features a 14 inches IPS display with Full-HD resolution (1920x1080p) and a narrower frame. It also got 300nit brightness, 72% NTSC color gamut, and a built-in Lid-Open Sensor chip. The laptop has an all-metal body and weighs around 1.43 kg, while the thickness is 17.9mm.

It is equipped with 16 GB RAM (DDR4-3200) and 512GB of SSD storage inside the laptop. The laptop can support max RAM of 32 Gigs, while SSD memory support is up to 1 TB. The dedicated Nvidia (MX350) Graphics memory is also available, but it is optional.

The laptop has two USB 3.2 (1st Gen) Type-A port, one Type-C port, one MicroSD slot, and one HDMI port. The laptop comes with a 4-Cell lithium-ion battery and supports 65W charging.

The new Dell Inspiron 14-5409 has a starting price of 4699 Yuans (Equivalent to 700USD) for the base variant (16+512GB).
