According to the official announcement, there are only two days left until the launch of the OPPO Reno7 series. Previous promotional content has revealed its appearance, but the specifications have not yet been announced.
But now, this well-known Chinese smartphone manufacturer has begun gradually revealing the device’s major highlights. This morning, OPPO announced on Weibo that the Reno7 series will feature the Sony IMX709 sensor, a 32MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
OPPO has not specified whether this lens will be installed on the front or the back, as reports suggest the 32MP lens will be on the front, while the rear main camera is a 50MP lens. It is worth mentioning that this will be the first smartphone to feature a Sony IMX709 lens.
The previous renders show that the Reno7 series uses a single punch-hole AMOLED screen. The Reno7 features a triple-camera setup, while the Reno7 Pro comes with a quad-camera setup.
The Reno7 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G chipset, while the Reno7 Pro will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 5G chipset. The series includes three devices: Reno7, Reno7 Pro, and Reno7 SE.
