This week, Vivo has added another device in its Y-Series (famous for having suitable mid-range devices). A new device Vivo Y73s just got official on the website of Vivo China. The device’s listing (on the official website) has revealed all the specifications and official renders.
The all-new Vivo Y73s comes with a u-shaped notch AMOLED display, with a size of 6.44 inches. The display also got a Full-HD+ resolution (2400x1080p) and 20:9 screen ration. The display also supports HDR10 technology. The phone got dimensions of about 161×74.04×7.73mm and weighed around 171.3 grams.
Inside the phone, it is powered by the latest mid-range chipset of Mediatek, “Dimensity 720”. The chipset is based on 7nm production and got eight cores with a maximum frequency of 2 GHz. The phone also uses a 4100mAh battery with 18W fast charging and Type-C port. It is also equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Vivo Y73s also feature a triple camera (48+8+2MP) setup on back in a vertical shaped bump, including a main, ultra-wide, and a depth sensor. The front camera is 16MP. This model also features an in-display fingerprint scanner and facial recognition.
The phone is available in two color options: Silver Moon and Black Mirror. It has only one storage variant: 8+128GB (LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.1 Storage) priced at 1998 Yuan (Equivalent to 299USD).
