Today, the Xiaomi 11 (M2011K2C) received 3C certification. The device comes with an MDY-12-EQ charger that supports 55W (11V/5A) fast charging.
Compared with the 30W fast charging of the Mi 10 standard version, Xiaomi Mi 11 Standard Version 55W fast charging is significantly improved. Considering that the Xiaomi Mi 10 Extreme Edition supports 120W ultra-fast flash charging for the first time, the Mi 11 Pro may also support 120W fast charging.
Compared to the 30W fast charging on the Xiaomi 10, the Xiaomi 11’s fast charging has seen a significant improvement. Considering that the Xiaomi 10 Extreme Edition was the first to support 120W fast charging, the Xiaomi 11 Pro is also expected to support 120W fast charging.
According to available information, the Xiaomi Mi 11 series will be the world’s first phone powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset. The series will feature a quad-curved screen, support a 120Hz refresh rate, and is expected to have a 2K resolution.
Lei Jun, founder, chairman, and CEO of Xiaomi, commented on the Snapdragon 888, calling it the most powerful chipset in Qualcomm’s history. The chipset not only features industry-leading 5G connectivity but also achieves groundbreaking innovations in AI, gaming, and photography. We are very excited that the Xiaomi 11 will be among the first phones to feature the Snapdragon 888.
It is reported that the Snapdragon 888 is manufactured using a 5nm process and features one Cortex-X1 core clocked at 2.84 GHz, three Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz, and 4 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz. In addition, it integrates the Adreno 660 GPU, with graphics rendering speeds up to 35% higher than its predecessor.
Xiaomi has not yet announced the specific release date for the Xiaomi 11. However, since it has received 3C certification, the release date is likely not far off, and it is expected to be launched in late December.
