This morning, a new ZTE S series device appeared on the TENAA certification website. According to sources, this device will be the successor to the ZTE S30 and will be called the ZTE S40.

The TENAA certification reveals the specifications and renderings of the ZTE S40, as follows:

  • 6.67 inches OLED single punch-hole display
  • Full HD+ resolution (2400 x 1080)
  • Thickness: 8.3mm, Weight: 190g
  • Mediatek Dimensity 720 5G chipset (7nm)
  • Triple rear camera module (64MP, 8MP, 2MP) and 16MP front camera
  • 4980mAh battery, 65W fast charging
  • Color Options: Green Ink and Dawn Powder

It is worth mentioning that this display is manufactured by Visionox, but uses the same flat-screen with a punch-hole.

The ZTE S series is one of ZTE’s high-end product lines. Its design concept is similar to the OPPO Reno series, vivo S series, and Xiaomi Civi series, all aimed at creating slim and aesthetically pleasing smartphones.
