OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 9 series on March 24, and the company has been revealing new updates about the phone every day.

OnePlus 9 series confirmed to come with Snapdragon 888 SoC, LPDDR5 memory, and UFS 3.1 storage

Pete Lau specifically stated that both the memory and storage are enhanced versions, with the LPDDR5 memory frequency increasing to 3200MHz, while the exact specifications of the enhanced UFS 3.1 storage have not yet been announced, though read and write speeds are expected to improve.

According to the official introduction, as the highest-spec phone in OnePlus history, the OnePlus 9 Pro will feature a Samsung LTPO display and achieve a 1-120Hz smart refresh rate adjustment through self-developed technology. It is the only one in the industry that can reduce the refresh rate of mobile phone screens to 1Hz.

Thanks to the intelligent refresh rate adjustment technology, the OnePlus 9 Pro can reduce screen power consumption by 50% while balancing high refresh rates and energy efficiency.

In addition, this series has optimized its internal structure and adopted a new cooling system. Under high-load gaming scenarios, you can clearly feel that the device’s temperature is lower and the game frame rates are more stable.
